After the event our Scouts will select Corrective Videos for you, based on your strengths and areas for improvement, and populate them into your Members Section. Each of these 5 minute videos focuses on a single mechanic and will show you common flaws our Scouts see, the correct mechanics, and will even provide you some drills to improve that mechanic at home!

Wearable technology to optimize throwing and help manage throwing workload.
motusTHROW is a sensor worn just below the UCL (the ligament that is repaired during “Tommy John Surgery”) and is used with an iOS app. The sensor captures stress on the arm for each throw in order to help optimize a players throwing and to help reduce their risk of injury from overuse and fatigue. Research has shown that by increasing workload by as little as 30% or more, can lead to being 26 times more likely to get hurt. motusTHROW takes the guess work out of knowing how many pitches you should or shouldn't make.
